Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Hole 18
To finish off the Dukes of Hazzard course, we have a challenging 18th hole. It is not for a free game like most courses but instead determines your score. You can get a 1, 2, or 3. Getting a 3 is very common because it has the most surface area on the hole. The transition from 3 to 2 is a narrow gap that is very difficult to hit. Missus Mini Golf and I determined it has a slight pull to the left so a little extra compensation of aiming slightly right will get the 1!
It is also worth noting the elaborate ball return which I captured a brief video of as well.
Overall this was a fun course that catered to the nostalgia of the courses of old and had some interesting designs. It was also fun to read about Dukes of Hazzard and see some pictures. If it is raining in Gatlinburg, it is a good activity to partake in.
