Pirate’s Cove (Wisconsin Dells) – Blackbeard’s 18 – Hole 17
The seventeenth hole of the Blackbeard’s 18 course is a fun downhill split path hole. The left is a steep slope down to the green and the right is a wild and unruly water slide coming out of the rock below. Both paths have great opportunity for an ace!
Pirate’s Cove is a national franchise and can be found in many tourist locations throughout the US. Check them out here.
Mister Mini Golf Pro Tips
Of course the water path is extra fun but is a little crazy. The ball can get stuck under the rock or even bounce out-of-bounds when careening down the chute so use a delicate touch on any shot on this hole. Don’t fight gravity!
ADA Accessibility Notes: Pirate’s Cove has 5 courses and 91 holes. Captain Hook’s 19 is listed as the most accessible and is 19 holes. This course is ADA accessible. The other courses have varying degrees of accessibility due to enclosures, stairs, and elevation changes.
For more details on course accessibility, always check in with a course you are visiting as they may be able to do additional accommodations. In addition, a great resource is the ADA Checklist for Miniature Golf Courses.
