Settlers Mill Adventure Golf – Hole 1
Minocqua, Wisconsin
The first hole of the Settlers Mill Adventure Golf course is a fun around the bend shot. You need to navigate between rocks and avoid the axman’s stump in the rough. This course is not very forgiving on putts at all so putt with intention!

Try to hit the left rock because if you clear it long or short, you are likely in the rough either way!
ADA Accessibility Notes: This course is not accessible. There are many impassible obstacles and paths that are difficult to traverse for able bodied individuals let alone those in need of ADA accommodations. As an older course this makes sense. It was grandfathered in to remain the same. Usually adjusting for ADA can be expensive and change the integrity of the course. Many of these designs wouldn’t work as well if they had to adjust for ADA compliance.
