Crystal Lake, Illinois

Holey Moley: America’s Favorite Mini Golfer

The Lippold Family Golf Center has two courses the Crystal Shores course which is ADA compliant and the Butterfly Falls course which is not.

This is the eigthteenth hole of the Crystal Shores course at the Lippold Family Golf Center. Hole 18 is a layered downhill slope to the left. There is a bunker patch in the middle. Do note that the cup does not collect the ball. With the clubhouse far away, this does lead to people playing more rounds than they paid for.

Mister Mini Golf Pro Tips

Use the bunker mark as the guideline to help line up your shot at the hole.

ADA Accessibility Notes: Lippold Family Golf Center has two mini golf courses one that is ADA compliant and the other that is not.

For more details on course accessibility, always check in with a course you are visiting as they may be able to do additional accommodations. In addition, a great resource is the ADA Checklist for Miniature Golf Courses.
