Pirate’s Cove (Wisconsin Dells) – Pirate’s Challenge Course – Hole 2
Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin
Pirate’s Cove is a national franchise and can be found in many tourist locations throughout the US. Check them out here.
This is the second hole at the Pirate’s Challenge course at Pirate’s Cove in the Wisconsin Dells. Hole 2 is a slightly downward slope with a minefield of various sized mounds and the cup at the bottom righthand side. I won’t hold them on this too much but I was there when it opened. They should use a leaf blower on the course prior to opening. Usually a morning, mid shift, evening leaf blow would suffice. Working from the last hole back to start you can blow debris out of the opening of the hole. Extra points for clearing out of the course completely.
Mister Mini Golf Pro Tips
Hug the right wall and barely use any power this one works for itself!
ADA Accessibility Notes: Pirate’s Cove has 5 courses and 91 holes. Pirate’s Challenge course is not ADA accessible. The other courses have varying degrees of accessibility due to enclosures, stairs, and elevation changes.
For more details on course accessibility, always check in with a course you are visiting as they may be able to do additional accommodations. In addition, a great resource is the ADA Checklist for Miniature Golf Courses.
