Holey Moley: America’s Favorite Mini Golfer

Pirate’s Cove is a national franchise and can be found in many tourist locations throughout the US. Check them out here.

This is the fourteenth hole at the Pirate’s Challenge course at Pirate’s Cove in the Wisconsin Dells. Hole 14 is a seemingly impossible snaky turn to the left with a pit around the turn and a raised spine up the section to the cup.

Mister Mini Golf Pro Tips

The secret on this one is an incredibly tight bank shot right at the start to the right to redirect at the hole. The rock poking out makes for a super tight squeeze.

ADA Accessibility Notes: Pirate’s Cove has 5 courses and 91 holes. Pirate’s Challenge course is not ADA accessible. The other courses have varying degrees of accessibility due to enclosures, stairs, and elevation changes.

For more details on course accessibility, always check in with a course you are visiting as they may be able to do additional accommodations. In addition, a great resource is the ADA Checklist for Miniature Golf Courses.
