Par-King Skill Golf: Black Course – Hole 11

Lincolnshire, Illinois

Black Course: Hole 11

I’m not entirely sure what makes the ball go in the water on this one but it always seems like a shot that is hit very hard on the path on the right seems to be it. If you go right and it works in your favor, you can get a hole-in-one. If not it will come out the red ramp and in to the water with not a one but two stroke penalty! Fortunately the penalty tee box is a makeable putt. If you go left, it goes out the back for a rather hard follow up shot.

Par-King Skill Golf: Red Course – Hole 11

Lincolnshire, Illinois

Red Course: Hole 11

This hole was a pretty good one. The skill shot is on the left side and into a red box and then it shoots out a pipe consistently in the hole. You might just lasso an ace. Wrapping around the right side, the ball goes all the way around and banks off the corner. When shooting to the left be careful of the ball bouncing around because it could be stuck at the top or start rolling down towards the far spot in the corner.

Helman’s Hole 11

Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Hole 11

Another tough bridge hole. To the left of the tee, there is a sand trap that can lead to the ball going out-of-bounds. Making the shot over the bridge isn’t too hard but the rebound could be disastrous as an opening to a water hazard is fairly easy to fall into. After another small bridge, the hole is waiting for you.

A medium length straight hole with a rock on the right hand side. Beneath the rocks is a grate and you can lose your ball to the abyss! Just focus on the hole and avoid the rock.

Course 2: Hole 11

An unobstructed shot with a valley to the left so be careful to avoid it. Other than that, there is not too much going on for this hole. It is a relief to your score if you had trouble on the last one! Should be a easy 2 or better for nearly everyone.

America’s Action Territory Course 1: Hole 11

Kenosha, Wisconsin

Course 1: Hole 11

A long and wide island type hole. The hole is right after a bump so you can go up and over or around. There is a patch of rough to slow the ball down from the left or a overpowered shot from the right. If going over the bump, be careful not to hit too hard or you may fly up and out-of-bounds. There is no net to fish a ball out so be warned.

Hillbilly Mini Golf Course 1: Hole 11

Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Course 1- Hole 11: Par 2

I guess you could call this a tree house! Two paths to the same destination, the pipe to down below. It is more of choice of confidence and play style on which one will be easiest for you to get past the tree.

Once you do, the ball drops down to the green below. Depending on the speed and spin of the ball coming out of the pipe, you could walk away with a 1 on the scorecard.

Mulligan’s Hole 11

Racine, Wisconsin

Hole 11: Par 2

This hole is a challenging dogleg to the right with a slight bit of elevation up towards the hole. The trick here is to bank off of the bricks sharply left of the tee and bank a second time off of the bricks near the boulder (it’s not just a boulder, it’s a rock 🗿) and hopefully near the cup because the other option is the straight shot from the tee and has minimal banking with a lot of risk.

Uneven and flat stones barely offer protection from your ball going for a swim and there is somewhat of a pit of rough on the far right side that will catch your ball from uncontrolled bank shots as you near the hole which can make a successful putt after unlikely and hurt your score.

Lexington Ice Center Course 3: Hole 11

Lexington, Kentucky

Course #3: Miracles

Hole 11: Jesus Changes Water To Wine

A bottle shaped hole that really demonstrated telling the story of the hole. The blue was the water and the orange was the wine. The hole was straight from the tee but the edges did dip down toward the edges a bit so it was important to stay towards the center. An improvement that could be made to this hole is adding some obstacles such as stone jugs or wine bottle like obstacles (real wine bottles would break). Of course the turf could be replaced but rings true for every hole at Lexington Ice Center. That being said the artistic approach of the Hole was rather nice.

Hole 11 Reading:

“The first miracle performed by Jesus, was at a wedding in Cana at Galilee. When they had run out of wine, Jesus instructed them to fill the 6 jars of water. As it was drawn out, the master of the banquet realized it was wine.”

John 2: 2-9

Course #2: New Testament

Hole 11: Feed My Sheep (Follow Me)

Again we see signs and readings that don’t necessarily match up. The Feed My Sheep makes more sense for this hole as there are sheep. The hole is a straight shot up the middle surrounded by some heavy ceramic sheep. They are not stuck in that position so you can change the configuration for the next player if you so choose but remember to give them a chance! If you had a clear shot, let them have a clear shot so don’t cover the hole with a sheep because that’s baaaaad. (Sorry! Couldn’t help myself)

Hole 11 Reading:

“When Peter came to a time of re-commitment to the Lord after his denial of Him, Jesus told him if he truly loved Him he would shepherd the flock of His followers.”

John 21: 17-18

Course #1: Old Testament

Hole 11: Jacob’s Ladder

What a fun and challenging hole! A long approach to the multi-bump slope. The hole was on right hand side between bump 1 & 2. If you over shot up to bump 2 or 3 or even bounce off the back wall, you would roll all the way back to the tee! We learned that a bank shot about two feet from the blue “ladder” on the left side concrete, was the sweet spot.

Hole 11 Reading:

“Isaac’s son Jacob had a dream. He dreamed he saw a stairway or ladder rising to Heaven. The Lord stood beside him and said his descendants would inherit land and that Jacob would be blessed and watched over by the lord.”

Genesis 28: 10-16

Mini Golf Reviews Presents Fondy Sports Park Hole 11

Fon Du Lac, Wisconsin

Hole 11: Bank a Roo (Par 2)

Two options on this hole. One path is a straight shot but several rocks to avoid. The second path utilizes the sloping bank on the right. I prefer the slopes as those type of shots I do well.
